Mr. Schneider is a proven operational C-Level executive and is internationally recognized as a lean practitioner with a strong global logistics background. He employs a hands-on, high energy leadership style to create transformational change and deliver exceptional financial and customer service results. Mr. Schneider has served in executive leadership roles with Honeywell, Stanley Black and Decker, Case New Holland, World Kitchen, Ingersoll Rand, Bobcat, and most recently Spartan ER. Mr. Schneider is Founder and Chief Executive of the global Strategic and Operational Consulting firm DS Scheider Group, LLC, which focuses on interim leadership roles, M&A, transformational change projects, and lean enterprise deployments. Mr. Schneider and his teams have received numerous customer recognitions including a Category Captain Award at Walmart and Supplier of the Year awards at Lowes, Southwest Airlines, and Boeing. He is recognized for creating one of the first fourth-party logistics systems at Case New Holland and was awarded multiple Private Fleet Council Annual Awards. Dennis earned an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Operations from Bowling Green State and a Masters in Finance from Rockford College. Additionally, he completed the Entrepreneurial General Managers Program at Duke University. His certifications include Lean Principles, APICS, and ISM.
